The Tree

We finally had our tree put up. Straight from Nova Scotia so I'm told. I'm sure they must have sprayed it with something because the smell is incredible.
That's not necessarily a good thing.

My older sister is moving to Brasil again on Wednesday - so we're in to say good-bye.
My nephew Cailo and neice Cassiana are incredibly cute - we're enjoying hanging out with them. They're crazy about Bennet and William too so it's a good time.

Blue Hills

I took a trip to the top of these hills in the middle of october - the 17th actually - my birthday. Art Enns (an older friend) has this great truck and we cruised all the way to the top. It's a little breathtaking at times as there is some steep, narrow paths - and every bump we hit my seatbelt would restrict more and more around my waist - it made for a different kind of pressure that added to the moment...
Anyway - I'm still not sure if they call these hills the dirt hills, or the blue hills - the locals have a different story on it than I understood - I still have to get the scoop.

Well, we had a happy, healthy little boy early this morning. William Adam Beach was born 3:11 am, coming in @ 8 pounds 11 ounces.
He's a nice guy.
